Under the umbrella of the Sanity Muffin label comes a curated series of limited tape releases hosted by Oakland artist’s Rich Jacobs & Billy Sprague.
Artists, who are not necessarily musicians are asked to explore the cassette tape medium as an artform. Preparing the artwork and packaging in their own unique way and filling the “audio” portion of the release with whatever they want! Beautiful & glorious art and unexpected sounds from the likes of Bigfoot, Neckface, Rich Jacobs, Mel Kadel, Travis Millard, Derek Weisberg, John Casey, Chris Duncan, Acamonchi, James Kirkpatrick and more!!!
